Create Users to Manage Google Workspace Account

Prerequisites

  • To complete the Google Workspace integration, you need a Google Workspace account. For more information, see Setting Up a Google Workspace Account
  • You’ve necessary administrator privileges.

Tip: You can skip this tutorial if you have already created a user in the Google Workspace console. If it has not yet been created, follow these steps:

  • Step 1
    1. Log in to your Google Workspace account using admin.google.com and click on Add a User.

    2. Enter the User Information and specify the relevant information for your user.

      Important: Confirm your Google Workspace email ID matches your SAP BTP user email, even if the domain differs. See the screenshot below for an example, where the domain is sapworkspace.com, resulting in the user email: demo.user@sapworkspace.com.

  • Step 2

    The user has been successfully created in the Google admin console.
