Using our graphical interface, you can model the flow of various conversations that a user, by asking a question, might initiate with the chatbot. These questions from the user indicates their ‘intent’. Once a question is received by a chatbot-enabled channel, the chatbot then interprets the intent using our proprietary Natural Language Processing (NLP), to trigger the programmed response associated with that intent. Depending on the likely intentions of the user, different conversational responses can be modelled.
