UI5 Logging API (sap/base/Log)

The sap/base/Log module is the standard UI5 logging API that developers use to write messages at varying severity levels to the browser console. It replaces the deprecated jQuery.sap.log API, and any legacy calls to jQuery.sap.log should be migrated to use sap/base/Log instead.
