SAP BTP Business Roles

A Business Catalog is a grouping of related apps, services, and authorizations that can be assigned to business roles in SAP BTP. Developers and administrators use business catalogs to control which capabilities and tasks — such as development tasks or communication management — are accessible to users assigned a given business role. Deprecated business catalogs are those that have been replaced and are no longer recommended for use, and administrators are expected to migrate away from them.
